Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, it becomes the responsibility of the courier partner.
If your package is delayed or missing, we will assist you in contacting the courier and raising a support ticket.
Refunds or replacements will be issued only after receiving confirmation from the courier company.
